  • Canter safari

  • Jungle safari-related services

  • Ranthambore tour packages

3. Safari Permits and Government Regulations

Ranthambore National Park safari permits, entry permissions, safari zones, vehicle allocation, timings, and related regulations are controlled or regulated by the relevant government and forest authorities.

Our website currently explains that safari bookings and permits are subject to availability and applicable forest department and park-management rules.

We do not have independent authority to guarantee a particular safari zone, vehicle, timing, route, or wildlife sighting unless such details have been officially confirmed and are specifically included in your booking confirmation.

Government authorities may change safari timings, zones, routes, entry requirements, operating procedures, or other conditions without prior notice.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking process has been completed and confirmation has been provided through an appropriate booking confirmation, voucher, receipt, or other written communication.

An enquiry, quotation, phone conversation, WhatsApp conversation, or request for availability does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking unless expressly confirmed by us.

Customers must carefully check all booking details after receiving confirmation.

5. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Full name

  • Date of travel

  • Number of travelers

  • Contact details

  • Identification details where required

  • Any other information necessary for the requested service

Information provided for safari permits or other official bookings should match the relevant identification documents where required.

Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation, denial of entry, modification of the booking, or other consequences imposed by the relevant authority or service provider.

6. Safari Zone and Vehicle Allocation

Customers may express a preferred safari zone or vehicle type, but preferences are subject to availability and the applicable booking system or authority.

A preferred zone, Gypsy, Canter, safari timing, guide, driver, or route cannot be treated as guaranteed unless it is specifically confirmed in writing.

We are not responsible for changes imposed by the forest department, park authorities, vehicle operators, or other service providers.

7. Wildlife Sightings

Ranthambore is a natural wildlife habitat. Wildlife movements are unpredictable.

Tiger sightings, leopard sightings, or sightings of any particular animal cannot be guaranteed.

No refund or compensation will be due solely because a customer does not see a tiger or another particular animal during a safari, unless a separate written booking condition expressly provides otherwise.

8. Safari Timings and Duration

Safari timings may change according to season, daylight hours, weather, park regulations, and instructions from the relevant authorities.

Customers must follow the reporting time and instructions provided in their booking confirmation.

Late arrival may result in the customer missing the safari. Any consequences of late arrival, including loss of the safari, will be subject to the applicable booking and authority rules.

9. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website, quotations, or communicated by our team may be subject to change depending on:

  • Government or forest department fees

  • Safari permit charges

  • Vehicle charges

  • Seasonal pricing

  • Accommodation rates

  • Transportation costs

  • Taxes or applicable statutory charges

  • Availability

  • Changes made by third-party service providers

The final price applicable to a booking will be the price communicated and accepted at the time of confirmation, subject to any clearly applicable additional government or statutory charges.

10. Payment

Customers may be required to make full or partial payment depending on the service.

Payment instructions provided by us should be followed carefully.

Customers should not share OTPs, card PINs, banking passwords, or other confidential banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent us.

A booking may remain unconfirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and the service has been confirmed.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific service booked.

Safari permits and bookings may be subject to strict cancellation and refund rules imposed by the relevant authorities or booking systems. Hotel, transportation, tour-package, and other third-party services may have separate cancellation policies.

Where applicable, any cancellation charges, government charges, service charges, payment-processing charges, or third-party deductions may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Customers should request the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before making payment.

Where a service is cancelled by the relevant authority, park management, government department, hotel, transportation provider, or another third-party provider, the refund or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the applicable rules and the terms of that service.

12. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, safari shifts, vehicle types, traveler details, hotels, transportation, or other booking information are subject to availability and the rules of the relevant service provider.

Additional charges may apply.

We cannot guarantee that a requested change will be possible.

13. Park Closure, Weather and Force Majeure

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, electronic devices, documents, luggage, cameras, and other possessions.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings unless liability is imposed upon us under applicable law.

16. Third-Party Services

Some services may be provided by independent third parties, including hotels, vehicle operators, safari operators, guides, booking systems, payment providers, and other tourism service providers.

Such services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and conditions.

Where applicable, our role may be limited to facilitating or arranging the requested service.
